Linda was renting a house to a couple
in Scotts Valley and the house was found to have mold contamination
in the bathroom and office. Seacliff performed the mold remediation
and reconstruction of the floors and walls and bathroom. Seacliff
installed a beautiful updated bathroom with pedestal sink, new
low flow toilet, and travertine tile. Seacliff also identified
and provided solutions for a number of other long term maintenance
issues such as windows, rotten siding and doors, etc. Additional
work in the garage included the installation of new tile, drywall
replacement, and painting.

Seacliff performed mold remediation
work for the Duffords and replaced a main beam for the driveway
that was rotten and leaking through the wall. We also added
