Rio del Mar Entire Home Remodel Complete remodeling of exterior
and interior. Interior design work focused on eliminating
small rooms and hallways and creating a "great
room" feel.
Live Oak Bathroom Remodel This project involved converting
a walk-in closet into a master bathroom and adding a
new closet to the master bedroom.
Seacliff Decks & Driveway This project included replacing
a deck over a garage, adding a spiral staircase, building
a new driveway, replacing a window with a door, and
building a deck for a guest bedroom/office.
Soquel Master Bath
& Exterior Stairwell This project involved reorganizing
and remodeling the space that held the master bathroom
and a closet. The main goal was to provide a separate
toilet room and create access to the outside hot tub.
Petroutsas Bathroom Remodel
This bathroom remodeling project
included installing a large jacuzzi tub, travertine
tiling, recessed shelving and pedestal sinks to create
an elegant old world style.
Carmel
Cottage Remodel This cottage was originally converted
from a single car garage. A combination of poor construction
techniques and years of neglect led to major mold and
deterioration. We redesigned and remodeled the entire
cottage, maximizing the living space and functionality.
Scholz Bathroom Remodel This project focused on redesigning
a poorly designed existing bathroom. Within the same
space we created a separate toilet room and a large
walk-in shower stall. We also rebuilt a leaking upstairs
bathroom.
Mold Remediation & Bathroom
Remodel This project involved severe
mold remediation and installing new tiling, shower/bath,
sink and toilet.
Santa Cruz Kitchen Remodel
For this project we completely
redesigned an older, awkward kitchen space to optimize
functionality, flow and style.
